Senior Project Architect
We're looking for a passionate and experienced registered Project Architect (10-15yrs exp) who has successfully delivered large scale multi-residential projects through all stages from design development, documentation and construction. Your strong attention to detail and design sensibility combined with technical (construction) capability and exceptional organisational and co-ordination proficiency will give you the opportunity to be rewarded and recognized as a key valued team member with the potential to further grow and develop with the practice.
The role is based in the Gold Coast - as an incentive to work here, we're offering a relocation bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural documentation packages through design development, tender and construction phases
Adeptly design, sketch and model internal layouts for multi residential projects (apartments, carpark etc)
Program scope of services and provide regular advice on project performance
Attend site meetings with head contractor to review and assess project progress against design intent and quality outcomes
Manage multiple stakeholders on large complex projects
Coordinate with consultants
Apply solid understanding of Australian Standards and BCA
Mentor and lead project team members
